As a young girl in Palm Springs, it was obvious that Brandie was destined to do hair. Brandie was never shy about cutting her own hair if it wasn't right and she frequently practicing on her cousins. At 12 she discovered Vogue and fell in love with the hair and costumes used to create the stories. Brandie moved to San Francisco to be near her favorite aunt, a well known local business owner. Shortly after arriving in the city she got a job at the S.F. Opera in the costume department. During her time at the opera she found herself gravitating toward the hair more then the costumes, and decided to go to beauty school. She began her training at the prestigious Cowboys and Angels salon under Michelle Snyder and Marcy Harmon. Since beginning her journey more than a decade ago Brandie has always been a dedicated teacher and now is the head of education at Harper Paige salon.
